A weekend alone and getting things done. Ken was down in St. Mary's County, moonlighting and visiting a close friend whose father had died.

Our kitchen is looking spiffy with a new stove and a chrome baker's rack to hang the pots on that used to go in the left side of the old, wide stove. Cleaned up everything and had Lynn and Unni over for Baja Fresh takeout and DVDs Saturday night. "Bandits" got the thumbs-up, although it was a tad long.

Tonight: my friend Sammy is apparently in town. I hope we can get together.
