Dancing queen

Julia's day care celebrated its 40th anniversary last week. Rain chased us inside, including the DJ, so he played his tunes in the hallway. This led to knots of children gathering in front of him and dancing together. Well, jumping really. Apparently doing the Pogo is instinctive.

Here are Julia and her friend Annie jump-dancing to Phoenix's "1901," a most welcome change from the Miley Cyrus that preceded it.



She will be well-prepared for the day Daddy takes her to her first punk show.
